 Pinball Museum Admission & Arcade Rules

Once admission is paid, guests receive access to approximately 160 pinball machines, classic video games, and our two Big Ball Bowlers. Machines are set to free play on the pinball side, so you can enjoy as many games as you like during your paid admission time.

On busy days, especially rainy days, please remember that other guests may also be waiting to play. Once we reach maximum occupancy, we will begin a waiting list and can call or text you when there is room for your party.

Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The adult must remain with the child while inside the museum. Children 12 and under who are not accompanied by an adult may be asked to leave.

Due to the movement and activity involved with playing pinball and arcade games, no animals are allowed inside except service animals.

Food, drinks, ice cream, and treats must remain in the approved dining or arcade areas and are not allowed on the pinball side.

Please be respectful of the machines. Do not shake, lift, kick, hit, or abuse the games. Excessive rough play may result in removal without a refund.

No outside drinks are allowed.

No running, climbing, horseplay, or sitting on machines.

Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings.

Staff reserves the right to refuse service or remove anyone who is disruptive, unsafe, damaging equipment, or not following the rules.

Our goal is simple: keep the games working, keep everyone safe, and make sure every guest has a great time.
